Interesting how porn peddlers are showing their faces in public more and more now... Private offered $3 Million for Napsters trademark... I guess Napster Of Porn just might come true...

Their offer (Private.com NASD: PRVT) is 1MM shares of their common, or about half the face value of Bertellsman's $8MM cash offer.

The court rejected Bert's cash offer as too low.

Something is fucked up about that.

I didnt realize it was because it was too low, i thought the court ruled that it was unsellable as part of the going out of business
