Torrent Site Down and now it is Back up on a new host
 

Last week, with the help of some GFY'ers the torrent site gaytorrent dot ru came down. The only thing left on their site was a message that they had experienced a massive hardware failure and because of that, they had to move to a new host in a new country.

Today they are back up with the same stolen content, and surfers can download entire videos. Not just scenes, but entire videos.

Streamen is one of the advertisers on the site.

I would guess most of those whose links are on that site do now know that it is a torrent site. Since most of those links are to straight sites, that really leads me to believe they don't know their link is on there.

How many surfers go to gay torrents and then say "Shit, I was really looking for pussy!" and click through to a straight site??

As a side note, I just checked on some of the stats this torrents sites proudly displays -- some of their "members" have uploaded almost 10 terabytes, and they have 10 members who have downloaded at least one terabyte.

Plus, they are planning sex torrent dot ru so the straight producers will get to have their videos stolen next

Chad I would send the sponsors a little note letting them know and if they dont take action say in 7 days.They are aiding in the theft and action will be taken.

big surprise most on the list are dating or cam sites. Dont most of these sites have gay personals or cams? If so then I think the sponsor knows what they are doing and likely the ones buying the ad. Some of the same ones on that list use zango to.

I can't believe anyone promotes some of these companies considering the shit that these companies help support, the same shit that is destroying the industry.

I no way support content theft, but as far as I can see .. torrents are not gonna stop.

Chad. Contact the host. let them know whats going on. Also let them know that if they dont take the site down, you will contact the people they connect to the backbone of the net with.

what about their register?

do they charge a membership fee? try to go after that.
