webmaster2006 - Can you elaborate on what you mean by European Affiliate Programs?

Example: Are you looking for companies that are registered in the EU?
Are you looking for companies that bill in Euro?
Are you looking for companies that their primary target market is EU (and have sites that are multi-lingual or multi-lingual tours)?

The reason I ask is that there are many EU registered companies - most still pay in USD and charge in USD and their target market is always USA (billing primarily in US billing options and not necessarily the options that Europeans prefer paying in)
