First Bowl of Pho
 

So I took my boyfriend for his first bowl of Pho last night. We went to an out of the way / real traditional vietnamese joint. The soup was great, but when you go traditional you get traditional ingrediants... he was a little suprised with the tripe under the noodles :winkwink:

I love pho. It's especially good when it's nice and cold out. Hopefully I'll get him to try it again, but will probably find a place a little more mainstream / where he won't wind up with beef stomach in his bowl :thumbsup

I'm having Turkey Pho, great meal to celebrate thanksgiving.

I like pho? My wife loves it. She and I just moved to a different area of town. We found a new pho place and it was questionable to say the very least. I swear to god I was eating dead cat. Pho is good but you've gotta be careful when you are looking for a new place to get it at. At least here in Seattle you do. :)

It's one of those things I've yet to really get into, but it's also something I can envision myself eating more often as the years move forward.

Udon noodle soup is also a favorite of mine :)
