I'm slowly venturing into the tgp posting biz, I have most in place but need to find some good sponsors and some nice content to use. Also any tips and tricks would be great.

I'm a professional designer and great with color matching, and should be able to do some cool looking galleries.

If anybody can help me get started with some good converting sponsors etc, I'll do some galleries etc in return.

That's true. I designed both sites actually, and sexmoviestoday loved the colors and layout of the Hot Virgin Teens site. Normally against my policy to do similar layouts, but the customer wanted it. Working on redesign for hot virgin teens site at the moment. It's my own site btw.
