Formula 1: Will Mercedes allow Alonso to win the championship?

after today he has pretty good chances if he beats hamilton in the final race. but after the season he will leave and take the title with him. plus he ratted out his team and was a pretty big asshole in general. so - will maybe one of his tires go missing? or not enough gas? would they stop him to let hamilton win the title?

My feeling is that in Brazil, Alonso will take out hamilton and himself, and leave Kimi to enjoy a free championship. At this point, Alonso will do anything for Hamilton not to win.

You can almost certainly see Alonso back at Renault next season.

well - i think if alonso could he would provoke a crash between hamilton and raikkoenen so that he can win. he will probably put on a wig and loose some screws on their cars before the race

Kimi in the Ferrari. Hamilton screwed up and got stuck in the gravel trap..

I really don't like any of those two much. In my head they don't seem like the material real champions are made of, but I guess I'm just being romantic after the many Shumi years.

I will agree M Shumi is my favorite driver ever.. The guy was just amazing especially when he won championships in the only V8 powered car pre his Ferrari ride.

I didn't think anyone was going to ever be as great as he was, yet Hamilton amazing enough has done an outstanding job his Rookie year. Only thing is his team was cheating, so that was a bit of an unfair advantage.
