http://ww.payserve.com/home.html

Marshal 10-07-2007 05:30 AM

do they bill in euros too?

Klen 10-07-2007 05:32 AM

Howmuch i know sponsors which using vxbill payment proccessor billing in euros.Example : titanbucks.com

crockett 10-07-2007 06:09 AM

You have to remember as much as it may suck for you guys in Europe. It's a good thing sales are in USD. Simple reason is most sign ups come from the US.

If a paysite billed in Euros that would mean it would cost a US surfer $50 to $60 dollars which would mean less sign ups. Also for Euro surfers it's a bargain to sign up on a USD price. So that equals more sign up from euro surfers.

So like it or not, you would likely be bitching about less sales if paysites billed and payed out in Euros.

SPACash V2.0 has payments in Euro as well :thumbsup
They bill europeans in Euro, americans in Dollars, and transfer payment amount into your default currency.

PayServe are Dutch and pay in Euro.

they're quite moronic at promoting themselves which plays in your favor since it's not overpromoted, plus they have the best quality content hands down (they shot in HDV and even 35mm film!). and yes, they pay in euros :thumbsup

wow how stupid can you be?
Whats the difference? All sponsors are getting paid in USD, then you want to get paid in EURO, so they just convert it to EURO, and its no difference to you.

If you don't want to lose money on pluming USD, your sponsor should higher your payout, that's the only way.

I raised prices on my paysites from $29.95 to $34.95 and that will cover it.
If I instead put the prices in EURO I would lose a lots of US customers.

alexanderv 10-08-2007 07:20 AM

Vixeo offers an option to charge your european traffic in Euro. US traffic is still being billed in USD

Kevin Marx 10-08-2007 07:27 AM

So let me get this straight... Instead of charging my members 29.95 USD, you want me to charge 21.18 Euros, so that you can get 10.60 in Euros instead of 14.99 USD? Right???? Even though they are the same amount, just converted? And confuse the fuck out of anyone trying to signup?

Or do you think I am going to pay out the same number of Euros that I did in USD? If that's the case, you should learn to use a currency converter and see that it really doesn't matter except for the exchange fee.

justsexxx 10-08-2007 09:47 AM

payserve charges and pays out in euro's...(at least that is what I think)

amateurcanada 10-08-2007 06:25 PM

I agree, it will scare alot of US customers away if you bill in EUROS, if your worried about the US dollar in relation to converting to YOUR country - adjust your membership fees accordingly, and accept other currencies (ccbill has this already, and many EU billing companies ALREADY settle to EU).

About affiliate/partner settlement to EU funds, I recommend getting paid in whatever currency they pay by default - or face losses by having the source do "fuzzy math" on your exchange rate. Just my 2 cents.

shake 10-08-2007 07:17 PM

I think if you are smart enough to find ways to target Euro country customers, and charge / be paid in Euro - then maybe you'd have something worth while. I'm still not sure it's worth the effort myself...

That is the key - you don't need sponsors that PAY in Euros as much as sponsors that price their product in Euros. They can pay in Turkish Lira for all that it matters... but the initial sale in Euros means more net income once converted to US dollars.

Chosen 10-08-2007 10:43 PM

Sex Money also pays in Euro :thumbsup

Sausage 10-08-2007 11:26 PM

whats the point of paying in euros if you bill in us$ ?

We bill in euros and convert to $usd then payout. Can also send euro wires on request.

The us$ is in the crapper and to be honest sales and ratios are very much the same from the us, just more money on the conversion.

Maxxx9000 10-09-2007 04:47 AM

Well Payserve is probebly one of the best. Converts really great. But as an alternative you could try some of the Verotel sponsors.

V_RocKs 10-09-2007 04:05 PM

Sure, but you have to convert it to spend it... And then lose any benefits.

Eh, why are most signups from the US???

Most non-english european signups come from Europe. You think some 18yo ready to whip out his cc from spain/germany/italy/france/etc is ready to signup to some US website??

Population of Europe is 3/4 billion people and only a fraction of that are English speaking.

Or do you think that only Americans have a need for porn?

--edit
perhaps you class the european market as a niche, but you would be stupid to ;)

JFK 11-16-2010 03:19 PM

check out the upcoming pics from the Vienna Eurowebtainment show, the sponsors there are all paying in Euros :thumbsup:thumbsup

Argos88 11-16-2010 03:56 PM

The future projection shows the rate decreasing. However, based on historical performance, we can see that the rate increased overall from Dec 2009 to Nov 2010. One could say the rate will go up in the future.
