    live video conferencing (how to?)

    Can someone point me in the right direction to set up live video conferencing?

    A friend of mine is interested in setting up a new business that deals with live video conferencing. He came to me for help, and now I am coming to you. (I can not give you the details of the business but I can say that it is not adult-related.)

      there are so many ways to do it, it all depends on what you want. First what do you want to use for your video? Some people still use cheap webcam software, less than a hundred bucks.
      You can use Windows Media streaming video at broadband speeds or Real Video. How does he want to charge people?
      By the minute? Blocks of time pre-paid?

      here's an off the shelf product that tons of webcam sites seem to be using these days. most of them with no idea what they're doing but the software seems pretty good.

          He just needs to be able to talk to someone one-on-one and charge per minute. A cheap web-cam setup should do fine.

                  Sorry, but I need an non-adult solution. I know this is not the place for that, but I also know that are solutions that are both adult and non-adult in nature... and video converencing/web cams are quite popular in our industry so I though someone here might know where to send me.
