Is this legal or not? PIC
OK, so basically I would take a photo and edit it the way I want, for example I was looking for sexy red heads but couldn't find many of them so took a blonde and painted her:
http://www.gpf-design.com/redheaddddd.gif If I would post all that into my galls sites, would it be against *terms* or no? As basically the one who buys won't be able to see the same in the site where he bought membership anyway. Would I get my acc terminated? |
You would need to ask the program I'd think. It's kinda pointless IMO to try to sell a girl off as a redhead in your gallery. Then have the surfer not beable to find her in the paysite as a redhead.
|
I think it's not a good idea anyway. It may cause chargebacks.
|
Bad idea IMHO, why promote something to your surfers that doesn't actually exist? If the program doesn't can you for fiddling with their content then you'll probably be dropped when the chargebacks start rolling in. :2 cents:

and don't you really have better things to do than photoshopping pics? or is that the whole point of the site? |
It causes charge backs as well as cancellations, and thats not what you want to do to the program. If they are not making money, neither are you.
|
Well... What can I do then if I have redheads related traffic and most real redheads are ugly? :]
|
lol... use your energi on something else!

StuartD, meant the ones which sponsor provides.
sharphead, LOL. I just want people to click on same galls, not just chubby or mature ones but also some sexy ones, I am not saying that 100% of them are "not sexy", depends on promoted sponsors as well... Whatever ;] |
