old trick, using it for a long time.

so basically, this means if user blocks cookies, you get NO CREDIT, even though user clicked your referrer link & filled out the form.

then I supposed you would have a second form of tracking that would activate at that point

regardless, there should be multiple forms of tracking setup in affiliate programs, this is just an option that looks very promising. mainstream has been using this for a LONG while, and as others have said on other boards, it is amazing to see adult not pick up on it quicker

quickbuck does it, and they say it is VERY popular

Yes, but quickbuck is not relying on the pixel to track sales..

In the diagram you show, it basically says pixel looks for cookie, if cookie is not found then affiliate does not get paid for sale even though pixel was dropped on user AFTER sale was already made

jesus, this place gets fucking dumber by the day

I never said anything about using this ONLY, in fact I don't recall ever saying anything personally about usage

I posted an article that I thought would be beneficial to affiliate programs, plain and simple

amazing, you post something on a totally business adult board and discussions start and people take that one idea and evolve it into something wonderful...you post something on gfy and peon affiliates crawl out of the woodwork to tell you everything that is wrong with a tried and proven working idea because they can't see outside their little worker bee boxes

this place is going to shit quickly

go back to running your racist tgp's

We have pixel sales tracking for affiliates that want it. It really seems to help as a number of our largest affiliates are taking advantage of it. Just contact me at [email protected] and I will provide info and enable it for your account.
