Running First Live Web Cam for Members, Any Suggestions Before?
 

We're doing our first live web cam and chat this Tuesday, October 9th for the members of Kayden420.com, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions before we go into it. I know there's plenty of dudes on here who know the web cam ropes better than I do, so I'd like to hear some opinions.

What kind of suggestions did you mean? Sounds like you're all set, a feed in a members area, pre-marketted credit card holders... regular appearances and listening to members requests will help...

Are you using pay per minute for private one-on-one shows or is it a gang bang chat or what?
