I had such a horrid thought. Imagine an interview with GWB in 2020 when he's much older, imagine what he will have to say. I guarantee he'll be saying the exact same things he's saying now, despite the fact that he'll be widely known as not only the worst US President, but the worst president a country ever had.

He is the leader of the government, he regularly ignores the law, and when congress tries to reign him in with a new law he includes "signing statements" that basically say the law doesn't apply to him or his administration.

However you want to divvy up the blame, the lion's share would have to go to him.
