It doesn't matter who she's married to, she's not a US citizen. They came to the US in 1989 - You would think that someone somewhere would have filed the paperwork to become a US citizen.

Riddle me this - they've been married since 2004, then in June 2007 she already KNEW she was in danger of deportation and they haven't applied for her to get status through the marriage?
