RR is probly the best you're gonna do..... I got RR, cuz DSL just plain sucks. I don't really notice much difference from the T1 I had in Cali...

but you've probably got more options on O'ahu than I do over here.

Should I get the business or residential?

why pay more for business? Unless you're in a commercial office space, get the residential hookup. It's the same thing. They use the exact same modems and go through the exact same lines.

nope... they're identical. The only time mine has been down was for about 15 minutes one day when they came out to replace a bad module for channel 4.
not that I'm aware of.... and upload is pretty decent too. If it's capped, it's capped high, cuz my upload speed is pretty quick. (sorry, don't have any numbers for ya)

also, I'm not sure about O'ahu, but here they've been running a special for something like, half off for 3 months or something with a new account..... might ask about that over there....
