I can't believe how many bank holidays Germans have... seems to be at least 1 every month...

Since Reunification Day is a relatively new holiday (17 years) there are no real "traditions" yet (ie: on 4th of July we have barbecues and fireworks) so we are trying to come up with some.

How about a Reunification tree and everyone places homemade bricks under it to give as gifts?
