Below is an exchange with a subscriber; sometimes they are worth sharing so if you're bored and have a few give a read. He was a sweet man albeit a little confused. In any case I found it a little amusing - site name and all that has been x'd out

I am able to enter the site using your username and password combination
as well I am able to access the various sections of the site without
encountering any access problems.

Have you ever been able to enter the site? Where do you run into the
error?

see a box displayed asking for your username and password enter the
information as it is below and you should be able to enter the site.
There is the optional upgrade that is displayed upon entering simply
click the link that states "Click here to enter the members area". As
well please keep in mind that the username and password combination is
case sensitive.

Let me know if this works for you or if you continue to have problems
