OK, I'm sure most of us know that penis pills are a huge pile of shit. So what do you think is actually in those pills that people are taking?

My guess is that its just a bunch of herbal crap like ginseng. What do you think?

It's a ripoff. If your dick aint big enough then just know how to use it. If I was a guy I would not be taking any kind of medicine that claimed it would make my dick larger. Your going to end up with Prostate Cancer or some shit.

Playa is correct, good pills, although they dont increase your size should contain Yohimbe, and any combination saw palmetto, oat straw extract, Damiana, wood betony, or Muira Puama. There is a herbal product being tested right now the cures herpes and there are herbal products that lower blood sugar. Asia is all over this at the moment and I give it 6 months to a year for many of these products to finally hit mainstream usa.

no, its true... see the problem is that clinical trials (double blind) cost upwards of 1.5 million dollars. These trials are what is required in order to 1. patent a formula 2. mass market the benefits, 3. present it to physicians so they can diagnose and treat the disease, and 4. gain fda approval.

Unfortunately, for each product you are looking at 3-5 years of testing and trials in order for it to gain acceptence in the medical field. This is why you hear pharmaceutical companies always talking about their "pipeline". Take pfizer for example, patent expiration will definatley hurt them, but whether or not they have good products in their pipeline will determine the success of the company.

With andvancements in bio-engineering, it is actually posible to produce compounds that are all-natural and can replicate many synthetic benefits of other drugs, for far less of a cost and little or no side-effects.. (look at homeopathic hgh for example)

Also, it is a common confusion that by looking at the nutritional (ingredient info) on the side of these natural products bottles, that one could easily replicate these formulas. yohimbe works. i've seen it in action :Graucho . just the same, i noticed my partner -who took it- was more aggressive and kinda not nice. he stopped because it was messing with his personality.

i have to wonder if yohimbe could put undue stress on the heart. as i said, yohimbe works. it works as effectively as ephedra works.

ephedra is one of the ingredients in FEN PHEN, which was a "supplement" that caused some heart attacks. ephedra is the herb from which the bronchial prescription medicine ephedrine is made. it's a stimulant and i believe that yohimbe is a stimulant.

i sincerely hope there are proper warnings for possible side effects on the site and on the bottle of any "supplement" containing yohimbe.
