Effex Media, a leading provider of E-commerce solutions for the ADULT industry, is currently conducting a search for a detail-oriented, meticulous and focused individual to join our development team. We are experiencing such large growth that we need to fill some positions. This individual will become part of a growing team as a developer/programmer and possesses the following background, qualifications and skill sets:

SUMMARY: Successful candidates need to have a strong background in the concepts of web servers, SQL, CFML, HTML, and JSP. This position requires the ability to work effectively under pressure with short deadlines and evolving requirements, as well as the ability to design and code with respect to the required technical specifications and limitations of the web.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS in Computer Science
• Thorough knowledge of SQL db server. Must be able to design objects (tables/views) with a good sense of normalization.
• 2+ years experience as a Cold Fusion programmer.
• Ability to communicate in an open environment where constructive input is given and received to the betterment of the team and the product
• High motivation and self directed with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem solving skills, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• A team player with flexibility -- ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools and adjust priorities
• Essential functions will include 80% coding and 20% handling miscellaneous technical issues.

Must be US Citizen or Permanent resident.
Relocation is not available for this position.
Position is IN-HOUSE only (based in New Jersey)
