Epass Queswtion
 

Hi, need to chat to someone from Epass, messaged Mike into offline ICQ, anybody else's here? My card expired in 09/07 , emailed support asking if they had shipped, no answer within a week yet, is this normal?

For epass? Yea.

Actually.. No... it's not. A month is more like it and I am not kidding either.

I would like to know the answer on this question also. Expiration date (month) on my card is 10/07 so I would like to know when will they be deducting the money from my account and sending me new epass electron card.

All this shit happens always when Michael is on vacation...
I think he should be back in a few days...

i think they should hire someone from gfy to serve this all to help industry, i vote for myself, LOL, or Juicy of course :)

The card expires at the end of the month. I got my new card about 10 days before the old one expired.

Shit, my card expires in February, I'd better send them an e-mail now so they get to it by then and send me my card... :Oh crap

so they do send the new one automatically? was wondering this the other day when i saw my card expires on 11/07. Dont wanna confuse the epass employees so that i get two cards, none at all or a frozen account... you never know LOL
