AVN take money from my epassporte account without a motivation
 

Some weeks ago i bought 5$ of ads on their network and they took from my epassporte account 5$ + 4.95$ for a CC checking, after one day i stopped the campaign. Yesterday they took other 4.95$ without a motivation, and they didn't answer to my e-mail, now what i must do ?

What is status of transcation?If it's outstanding then it will cancel itself.(money will be returned to account after 30 days)But if transcation is cleared then you can forget about that money.

i had a $50 ad go through and they returned it back to epassporte but epass hasnt credited me any money for over 2 weeks now

On both 4.95$ payments i have "outstanding" but i don't understand why they take me other 4.95$ if they already take some week ago. And then they could answer to my e-mail.

Another question, why if "My Max Bid" is 0.05$ all the clicks are for 0.05$ and never for 0.02/0.03/0.04 ? So is not "My Max bid" but "My min Bid"
