Trying to track down a program thru the check??

I got a check today from Popular Bank in Cyprus. Anybody know who pays from that. There is no name only a client number 16003. Thanks

I got the same check last week.
A lot of people received checks from this bank and no one can identify the sponsor...
Very strange.
