Why not? You should read the terms first and see if adult is allowed.

Looked into it myself, Adsense does not allow adult apparently :(

nop they don't allow adult sites ........although ... it would be interesting to see how much money a site like that generates if a good amount of traffic is sent to it ... the only obstacleS keeping the webmaster away from the cash would be:

-Hopping that Google isn't fast enough to detect the traffic sources and cancel the acc.
-Hopping another jealous webmaster doesn't report it before the pay period

As you guys see.....there is a lot of "hope" involved and since I'm not a very religious/spiritual person ..... I stay away from it ;)

Adsense is different from adwords. No adult and adsense...if you want to keep your account.

As far as I know adult sites on adsense is acceptable as long as you don't have an image attached to it!
