are we witnessing a slow death of epassporte?
 
what do you think? seems the problems are growing and hardly anyone can get a response. my problem was small and its been two weeks and still nothing done yet. i know others have much bigger problems and they aren't getting help either. so is this just a small bump or the begining of the end?

I'm not sure how many issues you've had to resolve with them over time, but in my experience these sort of response times have been the norm.

if you don't like epassporte there are alternatives...domestic ones too

like www.ikobo.com

anyways, i love epassporte....so quit the hating....if you don't wanna use em, dont use em....but don't fuck it up for the rest of us by spreading these petty rumors 24-7

Their customer service just seems to suck, nothing seems much different. I would never use them myself, i have certain expectations/requirements of companies who I give my money to and they don't come close to meeting them.

I'm using my epassporte with no problems, today i withdraw my money as usual. i hope u solve ur problems soon.

I spoke on the phone with someone today and explained my situation I'm having. They told me someone would call me in 10 mins to resolve it. That was about 9 hours ago. :\

I waited on hold for almost 2 hours. Lucky for Speaker phone. I gave up after waiting that long. I was tired of waiting.

I see the same 5 to 6 people talking shit but they have well over 50,000 personal account holders do I think the problems really are niche sized problems.

I can never figure this out.

Example is Pussycash. Period ended at midnight, money is in my epass by about 6PM THE SAME DAY.

I have to assume they are pushing a few dollars out every month, and they are always on time, the amounts are correct, and epass gets it into my account directly. I have never had an issue getting money out, and I have never been charged a $22 service charge to withdraw money.

I think it might be interesting to make a list of the people having problems and the country they are having problems in. I have a feeling that there might be something there.

I guess I only use it for ATM withdraws and quite frankly I have no idea why you guys are using it as a credit card instead of just using a credit card.

I'm always having issues with being able to link up my credit cards with them. Most of my credits cards from reputable banks refuse to load cash into my epassporte account citing high chargebacks and/or epassporte's past affiliation with online gambling.

Only my crappy cards (ie Orchard Bank) allows loading the epassporte account.

Their lack of support infuriates me. I have never experienced their fraud, but I know that if it happens its over, there is zero recourse. Seems like Epass is great when you never have an issue, but if you end up having one, your FUCKED.

Good luck with the emails. About two weeks after you sent the first one, you'll start getting a response a day, probably a macro. They don't even *look* at incoming email until it gets to the top of the two week backlog queue. And, when they do look at it, they don't check the queue for any of the other emails you may have sent. Each of them is answered -- badly -- in the order sent.
