Wildly flashing banners are ridiculous eyesores
 

Anyone with me on this?

There's 1 or 2 top spot banners here that have been in place a while, and I still have no clue who the company is.

Why? Because as soon as I see one I hit refresh until it's gone.

AdBlockPlus = No annoying flash ads. It's amazing how much faster GFY is with no ads - and just for the record, their advertising dollars would be much better spent sponsoring peoples sigs or improving/redesigning their tours.

I could not agree more!

I mean some movement is good, some bouncing, a quick flash..whatever. But a strobelight is just painful. Ouch. I hope they can rotate them out. Please.

I dont like adblockers because I make my money from ads. Call me crazy :)

Webmasters here should take note: If we are willing to take steps to kill ads, so are the surfers that come to our sites.
