Paycom form --> "The page cannot be displayed"
When I try to signup in some sites, I get "The page cannot be displayed" using the paycom form.
3 out of every 4 times I try this test, I get that page after pressing the complete signup button there: https://wnu.com/secure/fpost.cgi Has anyone else noticed this? I tested this for 1 week, every day, and getting the same error in a random basis. Tried this from different computers and different connections to be sure it was not a problem on my end. The problem shows up when I use internet explorer 6.0. The problem does not show up with explorer 7.0. Also, no problem with Netscape or Firefox. When I use netscape and display the page like Explorer, I get the problem. When I display the page like Firefox, I don't have any problem. When I go to https://www.billingsupport.com/index.html using internet explorer 6.0, I get many "The page cannot be displayed" messages. When I use firefox or explorer 7.0 in that page, I don't have any problem and everything works fine. But, there is some problem these guys from paycom need to fix, since their platform is not working fine with explorer 6.0. Also, another thing these guys need to review, in the bottom of that Credit card form, when you go to the name label to fill in your name, in the bottom it says "euepoch.com" will appear in your statement. Then you press in another label and the text in the bottom changes, and it says "EuPaycom.net" will appear in your statement.. If I were a surfer, I would not signup under such kind of form. And If I did, I would probably get the "Page cannot be displayed" If I belong to the 50% of the surfers who use explorer 6.0. :2 cents::2 cents: |
Perhaps you should say something to the admin of that company directly instead of posting your problem here? Would that not be more effective?

I don't want to contact some 3rd world outsourced support guy who will hardly give me a solution or even answer my email. |
btw - are you sure what this is not your pc problem caused this?
|
They have killer support support/@/epoch.com
There is also live support when you log in your system no? |
Look in internet options -> advanced and find something about replacing errors, untick that so you can see what is *really* being returned by the server, rather than Microsoft's dumbed down boilerplate message.

as far as i know NONE of Epoch/Paycom support staff is in a '3rd world' country, last i knew they were all in LA. about as first world as it gets, so hows about instead of bitching you go ask one of them for help.
your ignorance shows that you haven't even attempted to seek help yet. had you tried, the first sentence of this post wouldn't be news to you about now. |
...........maybe a display problem....................
