They are probably paid as employees also to moderate GFY ...

i believe most mods are also ics/adult.com/playboy employees... so yes they are being paid

Only once a non ICS employe was moderating GFY - it was Batts like 1 year ago.

Lasted few month max for some reason.

The idea to have some respected members from different time-zones moderating GFY is good, but I don't see it implemented.

yeah, as busy as this place is, would be good to have atleast 1 mod online at all times

I agree a twenty four hour mod system would be cool. Yes mods are also paid and are ics/playboy employee's. However due to either Playboy's rules or Lensmans (I lean more to playboy), all mods must now be in house. No if an's about it and no negotiation.

Not sure if this will change in the near future. Nor do I see them allowing a twenty four house/365 open office.

Im suprised everyone puts up with the poor moderating actually.. it's sad to see, especially after a huge debacle like this

GFY rakes in over 80k a month so I do hope the ICS/Playboy employees are getting paid to moderate it :)
