About two weeks ago i requested some designers for some flash banners

I went with [email protected], they had a nice portfolio, and seemed to be professional.......BUT NOT.
I was promised the banners to be done within 4 days. Now its been two weeks, and the last week they havn't messaged me at all, or returned my emails or IM's.
I allready paid for the work.

Yup they have worked on ALL of Latin Teen Cash sites and promo and are stand up guys! I too asked Krieg for something one day last week and he replied that he was home sick and I am fine with that cause i know they will get me what I need as as they can and we have never had to wait too long for their GREAT work

I've never had a problem with them and I've been doing biz with them for 6yrs... they're working on an order for me now :winkwink:

You are totally off base here calling out this company. The guy said he was sick, give him a break. I probably work more than anyone with them one on one with all my designs and they have never let me down. Not once in 2 years.

Two weeks is no time at all. The lack of communication I can understand is disappointing, though.

We've done lots of business with them, and never had a problem with deadlines.

if they cant reply two weeks, and now, after posting not nice info about them here they replied asap, its amateurism, doesnt matter what they did for who ... :2 cents:

Indeed, i have promised that guy to get those banners done last week but when i got home on Tuesday i found out i had a high temperature which forced me to stay at home for 5 days. I had a tonsillitis. I feel much better now, but still not fully recovered, but i have decided to come to the office today since i can't afford being sick for that long.

Daniel has let you know that i was sick and wasn't able to get the work done. And he offered you today either to wait one more day and get your work done or get a refund. You have chosen a refund and he told you at once we will make it, no problem.

We have delayed the work indeed, but this happens will all design companies, and basically all companies have some little screw ups from time to time. That is normal.

You told you had paid us in full, but that is not truth, you sent the up-front of (behold :winkwink:) $70.00, which we will refund you, as we said.

By the way, my congratulations, you're the first guy making a refund with us since January, 2006 :)

And before stating we're not professionals, you should have better explored our site, you would have noticed we're in Top 10 Design studios in the industry by XBiz. You may have also read our testimonials to understand who we are.

Anyway, this issue could have been solved without posting here, but that is better for us, we'll get an additional promo and as a result, more new projects :)

"sleeping" if you are online = amateurism, posting detailed informations on someone who you cannot reply = amateurism. its not offense, its just imho that you have to communicate with every of your custommer, doesnt matter how big he is :2 cents: respect at the first place and wish you best inspiration in your work!

What two weeks are you talking about? :) Our last conversation was on last Tuesday when i have promised to get the banners done the next day.

But after that i've been at home with high temperature. If i have had to work on those banners in that condition i can imagine what those banners would haved looked like lol

not all of them are VIPs :1orglaugh sometimes we take order just for a single button or small text to be edited... or other trifle, which other designers sometimes simply ignore...

theres nothing remotely amateurish about blueflyadult, I really think you should consider before you post. And no were no customer there, never ordered anything there just GOING to because they have great backup of so many webmasters

this is totally off base as well. as far as i am concerned if someone is sick they should let their clients know about it.

Not much to clear up. A guy went sick, some banners weren´t done on time. They offered a refund, so where´s the problem?

Even the guy who ordered the banners wasn´t in bad need for them. If I would bring all those small accidents which will happen to all of us to the boards, I´d spend more time at message boards then working.:2 cents:
