I was watching this earlier & enjoyed it. It is in 4 parts & it took me a few minutes to find them, so i figure i would share with everyone else.

He gets grilled pretty well, more so than any one of our politicians would be grilled.

That guy is a nut case

It's hard to see fault in others, when you can look at your own country & laugh hysterically as well.

At least the Iranian president is quite articulate when he makes his statements. No matter how ridiculous they might be.

Did you guys listen to part 2/4 of the video? How he goes off we don't have any gays in our country, its a phenomenon that we don't have in Iran, lol.

Although i think he meant the "QUEEN" type homosexuals, he was taken out of context. Obviously he can't say they don't exist, if they execute them.

Also he was smiling when he said it. I'm pretty sure he "has" to say it, since he's just a puppet of the countries Religious leaders.

He sees homosexuals apparently as deadly disease spreaders. Akin to drug dealers & murderers.

I've got to say he did in fact have a couple rational explanations for many of the questions he was asked...almost all of them actually, with the exception of saying Homosexuals don't exist in Iran :1orglaugh

China deals with many of these same problems, in the same fashion. Why aren't we going after china?

I think he did okay...... smart guy.

He comes from another culture but overall he did okay. I dont think it was as disasterous for him as i thought it would be.

Ive just finished watching and i have to say.... i think it was a little bit "cutting" at the end when he he said those things while Ahmadinejad was standing there. It sounded a little bit sarcastic and in view of what Ahmadinejad said in closing his speech, it didnt look appropriate to me.

It was a good interview but would have been handled differently if it was a UK university as there's less of the "close ranks" kind of attitude here aswell as being more culturally diverse.
