Wow, he looked out of it in the 2nd round, and he nutted up and weathered the storm. Notice how you didn't see Taylor complain at all after the ref stopped the fight. He still might not know where he is. You know a rematch is coming, so I can't wait to see them do it again...

thats what you get when 2 guys fight to "win" as opposed to "not lose". Taking nothing from Pavlik, the dude is tough and i predicted he'd knock Taylor out but I hate how Taylors corner was trying to convince him that he was losing and not performing well and was going to lose the fight between every round. Stupid fucking corner work in my opinion.

That really is a product of how Emmanuel Steward must perceive Taylor as a fighter. I don't think Steward pushed that too bad, as I did see some rounds where he told Taylor he won the round, but every fighter responds differently.

Taylor has been accused of coasting in the past, especially against some of his most recent smaller opponents, so Steward must of wanted to light a fire under his ass...

Well you can look at it in two ways. Either they wanted him to understand he needed to do more or if they where saying you are doing fine you are winning then he would have had to much confidence. I think it was a good fight but then I would say that I would rather the coaches be truth than for the boxer to be lied to.

I am so fucking happy he won... It knocked Taylor's ass down a peg or two...:)..He ran out of the ring after the fight like a bitch... Now Pavlik can face B. Hop in a good fight... :P
