Max could have plea bargained, but he is standing his ground partially because he (and the industry) knows that a lot of people are going to be in danger if he loses this case.

Let's all hope that Max comes out on top. I can't fucking believe the government has time to go after Max Hardcore while they are telling us we're at "war". And, even if he does go to jail, I highly doubt he will be "gang raped".

If he is convicted, undoubtedly they would send him to a minimum security facility. Esp if he is a first time offender, if he does any jail time at all. There is virtually no rape in minimun security facilties.

Only punks get raped in prison. Sleazydream would be raped. He would say "I am a big shot" once, and then he better prepare to have his colon probed. Inmates hate that shit. Whether you got a million dollars or 10 dollars, it doesnt matter anymore, prison is the great equalizer. Ego will get you killed.

So in short, get off Maxs nuts. He certainly wont be raped. And I find it nothing short of pathetic that you would wish someone else in this industry ill will from the government. They screw him, who is next. You should be taking some of that money you make from that waitress and contributing to his legal fund.

I guess I should make it clear that my problem with Max Hardcore has nothing to do with his movies or content.

As a photographer, I have a personal problem with him and the way he mistreats his models. Thats all.
