Importing Custom made suits from Asia.

Open a little shop in a popular place, people come in, you or an assistant takes their measurements and you send the order and get some suits for a very low price and sell them way under market price.

One of my friends got one made for like $50 in India and we talked about it but never did anything about it.

Several choices.

1. Payday advance place that also does check cashing, western unions, utility payments, pre paid cell phones, pre paid credit cards, and purchases gold. (most of the money is in the advances).

2. Hotdog or other type of food push cart or enclosed truck. If you go the truck route you can have other food types. Do not stick just to a busy lunch crowd. Branch out and hit every fair within a few hundred miles, gathering, so forth (ren fairs, crap like that), then also be ready at late night for bars letting out. Not to mention 100k could get you a few trucks if your careful with your cash, or many carts.

Well that is off the top of my head late at night.

Shit you really think you could move that many. I mean crap they are like under thirty cents each in bulk arnt they? so you would have like over 900k of them? Honestly think you could sell the 20k of them needed to break even, assuming you will not store the unsold ones?

There are lots of great places to invest. Personally, I like domains.

The lunch trucks are a great idea. I had a buddy that ran a few and he made much better money than I would've thought. You would also be surprised at how many things you can sell off them on the side. I used to take football parlay card bets and we would run the cards off his trucks...considering he ran tons of factories every day it was a natural.

Another great investment people don't like to consider is a coin laundromat. People always want to go with the glamorous businesses, like restaurants and bars, which almost always fail. When is the last time you saw a coin laundromat close down? Those things chug away forever...

I saw some good ideeas around here. My first thought about the offline buisness is to build and run a fitness club

Town car business in any metropolis or thriving area. Involves 'connections' as well depending on where you set up shop.

I own a online payday company and this business has amazing returns. I would never do an online lender again but I would love to do more retail lending.

In about 38 states its legal and they have laws in place that let you charge 400 percent for your money and if the people don't pay you take them through claims court and you garnish wages. You can more then double you money each year and pay someone to run the beast for you. Plus their are a few great software packages out their that run your business for you.

If you want some advice about this off line shoot me a message. Ive owned 13 retail stores and i also have the online lender too.

Just make sure you pick the right state, find a nice building, put up a big ass sign, and hire some good looking smart women to run your business. Make sure they can type over 100 words per min. :- D

Pay day companies are legal in Canada as well with horrendous repayment terms. All for more profits.

Id ponder flipping homes, 100K will land you a 200k mortgage easy with a bank and just buy lower cost homes, reno and resell.

Ultimately depends on your skillset.q

Do you live in the US? The market for homes is gone. The sub-prime industry ruined the industry. He would have to wait 5 years to sell a home in the US, plus all the taxes you have to during those 5 years, tying your credit up.

Lots of reasons people with limited capital would not invest in homes.

BlueDesignStudios 09-29-2007 09:19 PM

buying homes off those who can't make their mortgage payments.. you could pick them up at basement prices

I've been seriously considering investing in a coin laundromat once I actually have the money to invest.
