Offshore checking account in Carribean?
 

I'm looking for an offshore checking account in the Carribean, does anyone know of any good ones that don't charge like 9 bucks a check cashed?

A lot of Caribbean banks won't take checks, but I know of a few that do. Many require you to have a corporation in the same jurisdiction too.

some even require you to be a resident, never mind corporation in the juisdiction

Just make sure revenue Canada gets their cut, you don't want Dudley Do Right knocking on your door.

My toll free number and Revenue Canada's toll free number are the same, except theirs is 866 and mine is 800. About once every 15 months, they send out notices using my number. I call them, they pay my phone bill and send me a nice little gift about Canada.

It's a fun little dance we do.

Hey there, checkout http://www.rbcroyalbank.com/caribbean/ - They have some super banks i've heard down south.

I also believe Scotiabank has alot of banks setup in the Carribean, I remember reading they are also a big player - google 'em.
