Jailbait Rating System? I know controversy sells, but is this legal?

... wow

Seems legal but it also seems a bit unethical.

SykkBoy 09-28-2007 08:14 AM

Yikes
I wouldn't touch something like that with a 10 foot pole...

Mutt 09-28-2007 08:16 AM

new 2257 includes that type of NN content - owner of that site has no idea how old the girls in those pics really are since they are just candids he's grabbed from all over the web.

LiveDose 09-28-2007 08:16 AM

Fuck that is asking for trouble.

JMM 09-28-2007 08:17 AM

Well, besides the obvious 2257 issues, copyright issues and the fact that they are using those girls likeness commercially without consent, seems to me this would fall under Fling's recent announcement of abusive marketing practices.

Spudman 09-28-2007 08:28 AM

shit, those girls are defo too young, thats site is asking for shit!!

teg0 09-28-2007 08:33 AM

There are no nudes. Says pictures are just ones collected from facebook and myspace and stuff.

Jet - BANNED FOR LIFE 09-28-2007 08:34 AM

jailbait

teg0 09-28-2007 08:38 AM

if its an 2257 risk then you'd think facebook, myspace, and flicker would be in some shit.

Darkhorse 09-28-2007 08:39 AM

Ya I came across that site from another forum a few weeks back, they might be jailbait but fuck there are some hotties there hope to see a few of them doing a solo girl site somewhere down the track.

True but they have a lot of money to fight where I doubt the owner of she jailbait has the same war chest. Remember ggw, he actually shot underage girls and for not having 2257 he got a fine, we would all be sitting in jail for a long time.

RawAlex 09-28-2007 08:43 AM

With the new 2257, it doesn't matter where the images come from and it doesn't matter if they are NN... there are crotch shots and string bikinis in there, which is enough to trigger 2257 in it's current version.

I think the idea is jailbait.

pornask 09-28-2007 08:43 AM

Oh, fuck me with a chain saw...

RevSand 09-28-2007 10:06 AM

Thank myspace for that site...

myspace, facebook, OneModelPlace, ModelMayhem etc - they all are in violation of 2257 but the government will never call them on it. 2257 is just an anti-pornographer law - nothing to do with child porn.

How so? 2257 regulates sexually explicit material. Doesn't MySpace prohibit sexually explicit content?

Not if the people posting on facebook, myspace, and flicker are posting their own pics.

not true - where in 2257 is there any language that exempts user submitted content?

Scott McD 09-28-2007 11:25 AM

They all look like jailbait to me...

2257 is now much broader in scope - it specifically mentions NN content that it tittilating or even where the model appears to be 'coy' falls under 2257 and that includes a ton of what's on myspace facebook etc.

it's moot though - the government has no interest in myspace, facebook et al - their target is this industry and this industry alone.

SykkBoy 09-28-2007 11:29 AM

I'd assume the fact they have adult advertising (fling) on the site makes it much more different than myspace or facebook having the same images...

You'd think so...

But this isn't the only site of that nature I've seen directing the majority of its traffic to Fling.

One even has nudity scattered throughout. :-/

myspace runs fling ads don't they? Someone posted a screen shot of it on here last week.

teg0 09-28-2007 11:49 AM

These ones are by far worse. These ones are really porn oriented, where as she jailbait looks more mainstream.
