Replace XXXXXX with your nats code. I embedded flash videos in some entries which won't show up if you view the feeds in the browser but they will show up fine when you use them in your blogs. All links also open in new window so the surfers won't leave your site. I try to keep the format as simple as possible because all bloggers have different settings.
