I'm not 100% familiar with your condition, but do you think HGH would be any benefit to you? I have a few friends that use it, and I'm considering trying it myself, and it is supposed to really turn back the clock...

Yes, it is human growth hormone. It is supposed to be the miracle fountain of youth drug that brings back your energy, helps you sleep better, improves erectile dysfunction, tightens you skin to make you appear more youthful, etc.

Spunky 09-27-2007 10:55 PM

I do not trust them enough yet. Even the ones created from plants. Not enough data and I would not risk it with my condition.

Slick 09-27-2007 11:04 PM

That's a great multi-vitamin. I've been taking it for a couple of years now :)

Understandable, I have some friends where I train that use HGH and swear by it. I am getting ready to give it a shot.

I recently read the book No Limit: The Rise and Fall of Bob Stupak and Las Vegas' Stratosphere Tower, and after Stupak had his near fatal motorcycle crash that also nearly crippled him he sweared by HGH as the reason he made a full recovery...

mikesinner 09-27-2007 11:46 PM

I've never been much on vitamins. Most of it goes straight through your digestive system. Get yourself a blender and blend up some fresh fruits 2 or 3 times a day. I eat about 6 to 10 bananas a day with pineapples and some orange juice.

BabeHunter 09-28-2007 03:39 AM

that's what i just started taking a few weeks ago :)

aless 09-28-2007 03:42 AM

Just blend up fruits in your blender 2 times a day and in a week you'll feel like a new man. I also try to eat a whole can of spinach whenever I can.

Every time I see somebody mention HGH it can't help but wonder if that shit would accelerate other growth like tumors. Do they even know what it does, how it works, what does it effect in your system?

swoop 09-28-2007 08:19 PM

I take my Twinlab daily :)

Actually, before you ever consider taking HGH you are supposed to visit a doctor and good a full blood workup done. It will accelerate growth of tumors if you have any already present in your body...

Excess iron can be toxic. It reacts in the body to form free radicals.

My iron intake is monitored carefully by my doctors due to my anemia.
Currently I am taking 750mg per day.

Typically you are lucky to find 35 to 50mg tablets on the market.

Yes it can be toxic if you are not careful. It also cause constipation, diarrhea in some cases, loss of appetite, and several other issues.
