Nevada marijuana users - question.
 

I know the state passed a medical allowance law in 2000 if I recall.

Anyone able to give me basic idea of if I will get no hassles with another state issues card that has a picture and a 24/7 call in to verifiy number on it?

Fuck hassles. I don't have a card and I will be bringing a bunch of the good stuff :thumbsup

Some states laws scare me, NV is one of them.

I had a medical marijuana card for California; now I have one for Nevada. The reason I switched it over is because many Nevada cops will not honor California cards. Not sure about the legality..

Seriously would they hassle someone over a xanax perscription filled in CA as well?
I am prepped to sue if need be however i would rather avoid hassle in the event something does come up.

I'm pretty sure its not a criminal offense as long as its less than 1 oz. But anything above that they throw the book at you ridiculously. i dont know about the medical laws or nothin.

Well I am very damn near the Emerald triangle and get a lot of my stuff from there (look it up). Typically the medical grade stuff is a hell of a lot better than the best you find on the streets. Then again they also sell lesser grades at cheaper prices.

:1orglaugh actually I remember one dispensary that was selling brick mex at 1.00 a gram and then high grades up to 25 to 35 a gram.

Aware of it being a non felony for under an ounce or so and just a ticket.

However I do not want to first pay 60.00 if busted, and second they typically take your shit which would piss me off and cost me more than 60.00.

Also I may need more than 1 ounce for over a week.

I like to have extra though I may use it all.

I can smoke it and not really get ripped anymore and it eases the spasms and some of the pain and of course makes me want to eat which is good.

I also am sometimes a bit wastefull of it. I do not save roaches etc. Prolly should but just do not. Also wife is legally allowed to smoke as well. Thus its only a half oz per person.

Oh yeah plus I will be driving in from Redding CA, and use google maps to get an idea of the distance each way. Travel gets my spasms really going hard.
Typically will make the drive in one go.

I will be coming from AZ, Bringing a couple ounces of some very high grade stuff. If you get busted find me i'll hook ya up ;)

Same here but I have a CA and OR card already. Not sure if I desire to try to pull a tri residency or if NV has laws against it.


PS an ounce a week is about near max I would use by myself under bad medical issues. So typically I like to have around two on me. I NEVER bag em individual though.

Which sucks cause I have several types in freezer and each type is best for certain things and I do not like mixing those up. So alas I will need to bring more of a all arround type.
