Can't load anymore or withdrawl. Funds left me but never got to my account. Weird.

I have no problems with them so far...

give it time they are like overloaded or something. i am getting help from them trying to get my visa electron activated it has taken weeks but at least i get an email from them ever 7 days or so.

When i login i don't see any problems but i tried to load and the funds just returned to me.

When i try to cash in nothing happens and i when i try to send a payment nothing happens also....... could it be my browser?
