These are CLEAN MAIL joins. Approx 1-2 complaints out of 100 joins. Depending on ratios he can actually send more then 50 a day (he is 1;39 right now with one sponsor at an avg of 67 joins a day sent)

His avg is 1:80 overall with all my sponsors.

I don't know a single reputable/reliable host, or upstream provider, or processor that won't shut you off after about the 15th-20th complaint.

Maybe they are out there, but not worth the risk in my opinion.
