Is it listed on all the SE? If not, focus on them for awhile.

I wouldn't change your site at all, instead make a second website.

I would do the following:
Setup a new url, and on this domain, try putting only the TGP:
http://www.3wisp.com/asian/18asians/posted.html

But this time, use a trade script set to about 75% galleries, and 25% trades.
Find about 20 Asian TGPS that actually have some traffic, and will return hits based on how many you send them.
Once you have this setup, the easiest thing to do would be to buy some traffic to get things moving. I would suggest buying around 50,000 hits and have that come over a period of 7 days. Make damn sure everything is setup before you buy this traffic though. You don't have to buy traffic at all, but it would save months of time.

This way you still have your $500/month + you have new income coming in from the second site.

Your site is nice, you have some beautiful pictures. I found myself browsing through them, but everything around them felt like ads. You need big text near the pics that tells people they'll see even better things if they click, which will bring them to a sponsor.

If you are concerned that you can't make enough to pay for hosting, you may be in the wrong business. With 10k hits, I don't think your hosting bill would be too high. You can probably make enough for hosting just from your own 404 page.

Also, notice that all bookmarkers don't bookmark your domain name, but they bookmark your free-host's URL. If in the future your free host goes under, or starts redirecting your traffic you are screwed.

If you are serious about this business get paid hosting. Unless you really don't know what you are doing, paid hosting will pay for itself. Otherwise be happy with $500/month. I'm pretty sure that much in asia is decent money anyway.

10K - $500.... Thats about right for asian traffic.

Asian content sites arent as hot as they were a few years ago.


Plus, too much free content. Your goal on a free site is to tease them, not satisfy them.
