Good beer in Vegas?
 

You Vegas veterans and residents must know - where can I find some decent beer? Last January I was stuck drinking piss the whole time (not literally, just tasted like it)..

So I want a place where I can get a whole selection of English, Belgian, etc brews and possibly some good Nevada microbreweries as well (you guys have those right?) Where can I go? I'm looking forward to some good beer this January.

Stick to anything imported. Heineken, Corona, Canadian, Blue, anything not made in USA really. When I was down last convention I felt like American beer was flavored water, there's no alcohol in there... No offense to Americans, just you guys need more alcohol in your beers :-)

Great selection of beers at the Fontana Bar at the Bellagio,along with some first class music....

There is a place called Der Barrons that has over 100 beers from all around the world. hey are about a $7 cab ride off the strip o9n Flamingo Road.

Sadly, the Holy Cow is no more, but they a great micro-brewery at the Monte Carlo (their amber wheat ale kicks major ass) and the beer at Main Street Station (downtown) is pretty good.

Mad Dogs and Englishmen's Pub is a nice litle British style Pub. They have a location on the strip towards downtown, but get a little yuppie-heavy on the weekends.
