why can I not buy AC/DC albums on iTunes?
 

this fuckin blows... you can buy everything else on there :mad:

There are a number of top groups and performers that haven't licensed out.

because apple is too evil for even ac/dc

I dont see why they wouldnt license thier music. I would have bought 4 or 5 of thier albums just now.

But I'm not going to get in my truck, drive down to Best Buy, deal with parking, walking into the store, searching for the CD's, waiting in line to pay for them, then driving back home, ripping the CDs to MP3 format for my iPod.

Much easier to just click Buy Album, connect my iPod, and be finished.

Because it's a long way to the top if you want to rock n roll

There's quite a few albums you can't buy on iTunes - or perhaps I'm just unlucky. What gets me though is when they have every other friggen album from the artist and not the one you're looking for. :mad:

who is there record label? They may not have a deal.

What you need to do is buy from two sources..... I use iTunes and Musicmatch (now owned by Yahoo?) - One or the other will have what I need. I tend to use Music Match more because it allows me to burn my legally purchased music to CDs.

When I have enough music I'll burn a CD and transfer it to the computer with iTunes on it, and then over to my iPod. Then I use the CD in the car. (I only use my iPod on long trips and I rarely leave the house these days.....)

I prefer Rhapsody over those services, but many artists don't allow any of the music services to use their music.

Yeah it sucks I wanted to buy a bunch too but none were on there. not one. It can be foudn elsewhere however
