2257 Hindsight?
 

Supposedly the FBI is in Florida doing 2257 Inspections. I fear it could get worse once the pending/draft DOJ regulations (that we were encouraged to comment upon earlier this month, but not many GFYers did) become active:-(.

Maybe it's time for GFYers to contact their Congress-persons and ask for their personal intervention with DOJ against certain aspects of 2257 "inspections" -- see the below for possible ideas (e.g., Paragraph K of my letter concerning Secondary Producers) to address to our Representative/Senators:

Seriously, what are you going to say to your congressman?

"Hey Rep. ______, this is Grimey Ass Greg from IFUCKBITCHESINTHEASS.COM and I have a big problem with the 2257 inspections. You should stop them, because all of us scumbag porn people don't like them. Thank you."

Why not cite yourself as a voter and taxpayer and ask him/her to block intrusive laws AND IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS (like the 2257 "overkill" inspections of Secondary Producers--cite portions of my letter's paragraph k as an alternative to burdensome inspections of Secondary Producers since/when Primary Producers are the "Master" record-keepers!). Maybe politely mention how Adult Internet Sites/Memberships involve a lot of people, many of whom make campaign donations, pay taxes, and VOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IMHO, there's a need here for everyone, especially Secondary Producers, to make the effort, not just assume their lobbying won't help!
