I purchased their product not long ago and asked for a server move. (free if purchased within 6 months) I sent countless emails and ICQ messages they acted like they fell off the planet.

Things are not what they seem.

I have never had a problem with them. Support or server moves have always been quick and painless

Ty and GW are great guys and probably very busy or perhaps on holidays

I just had 2 copies moved without any trouble.

Right. You didn't tell the whole story. As you know, GW tried to install TM3 for you few days ago already, but it failed because the server was totally unprepared.
1. User X you've sent had no write permissions to the directories you provided
2. required package sharutil (uudecode) was missing. You should check requir.html ,that i've sent you and make sure all the required packages are ready.

But anyway, it happens. If installation fails at the first attempt, it goes again at the end of the queue. GW tried to install TM3 for you in his 2nd attempt earlier today (YES, before i saw this post, gw doesn't even know yet you're posting this shit around). Anyway, 2nd attempt failed as well.

Part of his email:
"I tried to install TM3 on your new host but now I'm not able to log in using SSH:
[root@name]# ssh x.x.x.x -l X
Password:
Password:
Password: "

Instead of posting this BS, make sure everything is prepared, it would have been done long ago.

Hmm I bought a copy like years ago and new used nor installed it.
Any chance it can be looked up and I still get it?

Was it ever installed on any domain? If it was, then it has to be in the database and we can just perform domain move / reinstallation.
