JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE: Web Designer and Video Editor


OVERVIEW
Hustler?s internet team (LFP Internet Group, LLC) is looking for an enthusiastic, web designer and video editor. This position will assist in the development and implementation of online marketing tools and web pages for Hustler?s collection of adult entertainment websites. Responsibilities will include web interface and navigation design and video editing. Essential in this position is a hunger for learning and a desire to be at the forefront of web-based technologies. Ongoing research, education and experimentation with new techniques and technologies are not only encouraged--it?s required! The right candidate must be able to work independently on some projects and collaborate as a willing team member on others. This position also requires a high degree of organization, including meticulous tracking of projects and disciplined storage of files.


REQUIREMENTS

? Experience with designing web site interfaces and navigation
? Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Photoshop
? Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Final Cut
? A positive, collaborative, can-do attitude
? Creativity
? Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
? Experience with Flash and Illustrator a plus
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Experience in the adult industry a big plus

Seems kinda weird. They want someone who specializes in totally opposite ends of the spectrum. I know good web designers and I know good video editors. But neither really do great at both. It boggles me employers do this.

I agree with you but I can see them wanting that, its two jobs one salary. Which is the rule in corporate america.
