Actually, that is a more common practice than you might think. I visited a friend at a TV station and watched a newscast, and some of the words on the teleprompter were phoneticized...

He is actually not the first president not to have access to the main emergency gadgets, actually Nixon also haven't had rights to decide about war and peace questions because of his excessive drinking habit during the last years before Watergate.. it's been rumored he almost blasted off China one evening.

Well, George Jr. he might be funny but he has some smart ass people in his back, not everyone is able to push a war and economic invasion to a third world country... and that was of course planned right from the day when George Jr. was nominated.. Only in America!:thumbsup
