Anyone incorp with gibraltaroffshore.com ?

I'm looking into incorp with them and wanna do a background check on em if case there are any bad issues with them. Which site do you guys incorp at for EU?

mmm Seemed like it was the same one but I used http://offshoregibraltar.com/ a few years back.
Didn't have issues with them.

I have been doing some research about this since I want to open a merchant account and getting one from Venezuela is pretty hard.
I found some info that says incorporating in Delaware is pretty easy and fast. The only reason I want to do this is to open my merchant account and receive credit card payments in dollars from my customers here in Venezuela.
Any ideas?

The one I used was offshoregibraltar.com - same words switched around. Was it a mistake?
