I have some good adult domains/websites and some very nice mainstream websites/names as well, some are rather exclusive with extreme potential that I have just been saving as investments. Many have old resident traffic, were my own personal domains and have been cut to preserve continuity and direct traffic to one location.

I now an opportunity which I have been grooming for almost 4 years, which has now come to fruit in a very nice way, and which only a complete idiot would pass.

I have been the lead tech on some condo towers projects totaling around $1.2/M and now they're bringing me and my team in as the lead Internet tech, web development and head of sales on a $3.2/B development project.

I'm only keeping 5 domain names/web sites, the rest are history ASAP, I have to clear my schedule NOW, I have a penthouse waiting for me on Punta Cancún.

My entire traffic program is for sale as well, everything, including this nic and ICQ number. My traffic programs have somewhere over a thousand active webmasters who have spent money on traffic or other advertising in the past 5 + years.

All domains, traffic and intellectual property are included.

Any existing websites that you want to keep and use, I will tarball them for you, you go move them. All live sites come with databases.

The content is your problem. I am not in position due to time constraints to organize all the docs for each domain. Best thing to do is look through any content that comes with any domains, and get rid of anything you don't already have licenses for. There is not that much commercial content in use, and I will go over details with anyone on the phone.

All transfers will be done immediately, all domains are on GoDaddy.

Now, ALL the beaches are restored. It's absolutely incredible, they did a great job on restoration. I was just amazed to see what I saw, and we're from there before. It was nice then.

Yea, I used to use it, Lens hosted it for me when I was promoting one of their sites, I forget which one.

It's got some residual traffic, maybe some old links out there. Before that, it was a drop, so the domain has some age on it, not sure how much. Never been mistreated in any way as far as I know.

More info will follow about this in the next few days. The new owner is a great, successful webmistress and smart as a whip. We'll be introducing her as "Adult Site Traffic" at a later date and she already has access to some very nice traffic feeds including video skim (nice traffic!), and US/Europe as well, + normal feeder.
