What's the best commercial GEO-IP Database subscription these days?
 

I'm looking for the best commercial GEO-IP database subscription service
that's available. I know 1 that always used to very good MaxMind. Is that
one still the best or are there other better or equal but cheaper?

I like cheap....only when it's better, equally or almost equally good than
the more expensive one.....if cheaper means worse or much worse then
I rather pay the extra few bucks for it.
