just put payments.php after the main url like this http://teendolls.com/payments.php

Yes, you can visit payments.php to see a history of payments.

This is being built out MUCH MUCH more in v4.

I don't get why so many of the NATS programs don't link to the payment history from their admin interface.

I found 1 program linking to payments.php - all the others didnt link to it at all.
