was michael running the whole company manually or something? it seems like while he's gone nothing is happening. no replies to mails and functions failing. anyone got a good contact other than him that can get things done?

still pulling out the cash daily - no problems here

i called them today, and i actuallt had a nice lady tell me she put ina ticket on 2 transactions that showed no status.. so i guess ill know next month whats going on.

i knew that using them again would be a nightmare

ATMs work fine and just spent a little something using my virtual visa.

Only issue I have with them is if you use those independantely owned ATM machines will not accept them.

No problems here, I've withdrawn about 1,000,000 with them over the past few days. Too bad that's colones and not dollars :upsidedow

To answer your question though, no aside from Michael I've never got anywhere with their phone or email monkeys so I think you are screwed :2 cents:
